William Strong was hired in January 2007 to serve as the Coordinator of the newly-created Susquehanna County Law Enforcement Task Force. Bill is a part-time county detective with law enforcement jurisdiction over the entire county. He oversees both aspects of the task force activities, namely investigations into illegal controlled substances and management of the DUI Task Force.
